Membership, billing and content for BangAccess.com are provided by Bang.com. The document below is Bang.com's and applies to your membership.
BangAccess.com itself uses the Google Ads tag (gtag.js, provided by Google LLC) to measure visits that come from its Google ads. The tag sets first-party cookies (such as _gcl_au, and _gcl_aw when you arrive from an ad) and sends visit data to Google; personalised-advertising signals are turned off. You can manage Google's use of this data at adssettings.google.com and read how Google uses it at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. BangAccess.com also records, on its own server, that a page was viewed and whether the adult-content dialog was opened, cancelled or confirmed, together with the page address and, when you arrive from an ad, the ad click identifier. Your IP address appears only in the web server's standard access log, kept for about six days; the visit counts use a one-way fingerprint of IP and browser.
Creating a BANG! account on BangAccess.com. When you use the "Create your account" form, BangAccess.com sends the email address and password you enter, together with your IP address, to Bang.com, which creates your BANG! account and signs you in; from then on Bang.com processes them under the policy below. BangAccess.com does not store your password. It keeps your email address only in encrypted form — the BangAccess.com server can store it but cannot read it back; the key to read it is held offline by the operator — together with the date and whether the account was new or already existed, plus a one-way keyed fingerprint of the address so that a repeat sign-up with the same address can be recognised without keeping it in readable form. To limit abuse, sign-up attempts are counted per IP address using a one-way fingerprint of the IP address, which is deleted once the one-hour counting window has passed. A server log of each attempt records the time, the outcome and the fingerprint of the email address, never the address itself, the password or the IP address. These records are used only to recognise repeat sign-ups, to count the accounts created through this site and to answer requests about your data; they are kept for as long as BangAccess.com offers BANG! sign-up, or until you ask for them to be deleted. Like every page request, the form submission also appears in the web server's standard access log (IP address, time, requested address), which is kept for about six days and then deleted. To ask for your record to be deleted, write to support@bang.com.

COOKIES
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Most of the cookies and similar technologies we use are set by us - "first-party" technologies. We do not permit advertising networks, social media platforms, or data brokers to place cookies or tracking technologies on the Site, and we do not use analytics tools that share your activity with third parties for their own purposes.
Two service providers do run code in your browser, both for functions the Site needs:
Customer support chat (Crisp). Our support chat is provided by Crisp IM SARL. When the chat loads, Crisp receives your IP address and, if you are logged in, your email address, username, customer ID, subscription ID and your account's access level, so that a support agent can identify your account. Crisp stores the messages you exchange with our support team. Crisp does not receive your viewing history, search queries, likes, or playlists. Crisp processes this information only to provide support on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using it for its own purposes.
Anti-fraud challenge (Google reCAPTCHA). To stop automated account creation, credential stuffing, and payment fraud, we use Google reCAPTCHA on our sign-up, log-in, password reset, and payment forms. When one of those forms loads, Google receives your IP address and information about your browser and device in order to assess whether you are a human. We do not use reCAPTCHA on content pages, and it does not receive information about what you view.
Some of the cookies we set are linked to your account, and therefore to information that identifies you. We use the following categories:
Strictly necessary - authenticate your session, keep you logged in, remember your language, protect against fraud and automated abuse, and route your traffic through our content delivery network. The Site cannot function without these, and they are set whether or not you have an account.
Functional - remember your playback position, quality preference, playlists, likes, and display settings. These are linked to your account.
Affiliate attribution - record which affiliate referred you, so we can pay their commission if you subscribe. This is a cookie we set ourselves. The affiliate cannot read it.
Our cookies expire within 180 days after they are set. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in or streaming content.
THIRD PARTIES
The Sites may contain links to websites we do not operate, including our partners' sites and our own store and blog. This Notice does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy notice of any site you visit. When you follow a link from our Sites, we do not transmit your account information, viewing history, or search queries to the destination site.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for the periods described below.
Account and subscription records: for the life of the account and 7 years after closure, for tax, accounting and chargeback purposes.
Entitlement records showing which content you may access: for the life of the account.
Viewing history, likes and playlists: retained at user level while your account is active, then deleted or irreversibly aggregated 90 days after account closure.
Search queries: retained at user level for 12 months, then irreversibly aggregated.
Server and security logs: 7 days.
Support correspondence: 1 year.
Affiliate referral references: 7 days.
We do not store your payment card details. Those are held by our payment processors.
LAW ENFORCEMENT
We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities, private-party litigants, and others seeking information about our end users to the extent required by applicable law. We may also be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We will also notify the appropriate authorities if we suspect that any of our users are engaged in illegal activities, such as obscenity or child pornography.

Member areas of our Sites may contain content considered offensive to some and are inaccessible to individuals under the age of 18 via a standard credit card wall, as advocated by the Communications Decency Act. It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information given to us or pertaining to minors under the age of 18. If we are notified of this and it is verified, we will immediately delete the information from our servers. This can be the supervisory authority of your country if you’re in the EU/EEA, the Information Commissioner’s Office if you’re in the United Kingdom, or the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority if you’re in Gibraltar.
